IBPS Full Form in Banking is Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. To promote recruitment as well as offering jobs to undergraduates, postgraduates, and even doctorates at various ranks of Group “A”, Group “B”, Group “C”, and Group “D” employees in nationalized banks & rural banks of India, the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, a central recruitment agency, was founded.
